Freeze Your Card Quickly
Please report a lost or stolen card immediately. Call us during regular business hours at 540.359.7100. We will issue you a new card and cancel the compromised one to reduce the chance that it will be used improperly.

Your card can also be frozen through Online Banking!
Your debit card can be frozen in Online Banking, and through the Oak View National Bank mobile app.Steps for mobile app:
1) Launch the Oak View National Bank mobile app. Sign in using your unique credentials, security questions, and Multifactor Authentication, if applicable.
2) Select the Menu Button in the bottom-left corner to open the left-hand menu.
3) A menu will pop out from the left side of the screen. On this menu, select "Manage Cards". This screen will display any debit cards linked to your Tax ID number.
4) Locate the card with the same last 4-digits as the card you are wanting to freeze.
5) Select the red "TURN CARD OFF" button. It will ask you to confirm that you want to turn the card off. Select "TURN OFF" a second time.
This will effectively freeze the card.
6) To unfreeze the card, select the green "TURN CARD ON" button. It will ask you to confirm that you want to turn the card on. Select "TURN ON".
Steps for web browser:
1) At the top of this page, select the green "Online Banking" button.
2) When prompted, sign in using your unique credentials, security questions, and Multifactor Authentication, if applicable.
3) On the left side of the screen, select "Manage Cards". This screen will display any debit cards linked to your Tax ID number.
4) Locate the card with the same last 4-digits as the card you are wanting to freeze.
