  • Closing costs (Attorney, Appraisal, Title Insurance, Recording Fees, etc.) included

Home ownership isn’t exclusive, but rather a part of the American dream that we all share. In addition to our in-house and secondary-market mortgage offerings, Oak View also participates in a number of special mortgage programs to offer financing to those who cannot secure a more traditional home loan.

These public and private programs are focused on providing grants, low down payment loans, subsidized interest rates and programs for first-time homebuyers. The most popular mortgage programs are:

  • Federal Housing Authority (FHA)
  • Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA)
  • Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta

Our home lending team can help you determine which program is right for you while explaining all the requirements for the programs. You can contact any of our offices or start the application process by downloading our home loan application PDF.
