By using a Site or interacting with an OVNB advertisement or page or account on a third party site, you consent to this Policy, including your consent to our use and disclosure of information about you in the manner described in this Policy.
Types of information

Do you have to accept cookies?

Oak View National Bank recommends that you protect your valuable financial information by using the most secure encryption possible. In an effort to provide the highest degree of confidentiality and security, OVNB recommends the use of browsers that provide encryption of 256-bit encryption. Current versions of commercial off-the-shelf browsers support 256-bit encryption and are available for download from their respective websites. If you do not wish to upgrade, you may continue to use a browser with lesser encryption. However, some older browsers may not be 128-bit encryption versions. Updates are available for download from their respective websites. OVNB recommends that you protect your valuable financial information by using the most secure encryption possible However, OVNB is not liable for losses resulting from the use of 40-bit encryption. If you elect to use the 40-bit browser, this implies your acceptance of this risk.
Policy updates and effective date
If we make updates to this Policy, we will update the Policy with the changes and revise the “date of most recent update” posted at the top of this Policy. Any updates to the Policy become effective when we post the updates on the Site. Your use of the Site following the update to the Policy means that you accept the updated Policy.
