Oak View National Bank reported second-quarter 2021 results that reflected continued balance sheet growth and strategic investments designed to support future expansion. Total assets increased to $313.7 million and deposits grew to $270.2 million, while the bank maintained strong credit quality with only one nonperforming loan and no past-due loans.

During the quarter, Oak View invested heavily in long-term growth initiatives, including a core data processing system conversion, preparations for a holding company structure, expansion planning, and enhancements to its digital banking capabilities. Although these one-time investments affected short-term earnings, management emphasized that the initiatives were intended to improve customer experiences, strengthen community banking services, and position the organization for future growth throughout the Northern Virginia region.
