Oak View National Bank is updating their core processing system, including a new Online and Mobile Banking system for our consumer and business customers.  This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition!

Be sure to produce a data file backup and a final transaction download by this date.  Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the upgrade.

Upgraded Online and Mobile Banking will be available!  Please complete the deactivate/reactivate of your Online Banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.  

Conversion Instructions for your specific product type are below:

Quicken | Quickbooks Desktop | Quickbooks Online | Mint

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3 to 5 business days.  We encourage you to download a QFX/QBO file prior to the upgrade by the dates and times above.  The following services may not work during the upgrade:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • Quickbooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please be sure to carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
