LONG TIME WARRENTON BANKER JOINS OAK VIEW NATIONAL BANK
Warrenton, VA (July 28, 2009) – Oak View National Bank announced today that Rick Monahan has joined the Oak View team as Vice President – Loan Officer in its Warrenton Office. Rick has been a banker in the Warrenton market for 25 years.
